We source and furnish your property at no additional cost to you.

Your agreement will be with Jobity Property Management, so we essentially become your tenant.
Agreements are 3-5 years and at the end of the term you can either chose to extend or end the lease.
Agreements are drafted by solicitors and will be clearly presented.
We manage the occupants of the property .
Our target market are working professionals.
Your property will be decorated and furnished where needed also communal areas will be cleaned every forth night.
We run and operate your property.
There are no management fees and you will receive rent every month regardless of voids.
There will be no utility bills for you to cover and change over of utilities will be managed by us.
Landlords are responsible for ensuring the property is insured with the appropriate Landlord product where required.
Adequate safety and environmental certificates must be in place (e.g Gas Safety, Electrical Safety, EPC).
If your property has a mortgage, it is your responsibility as a landlord to look after this as well as the insurance.
Landlords are responsible for these parts of the home, for example roof tiles and structural soundness.
Landlords will need to ensure the exterior/structure of the property is sound and the boiler and electrics are functional.
